Welcome to Pocketey. By using this site or playing any of the games hosted on it, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site. We try to keep these terms readable; legal jargon is kept to the minimum required to be enforceable.

Free to play, paid by ads

All games on Pocketey are provided free of charge. The site is funded by advertising. We reserve the right to add, change, or remove ad placements at any time. We do not currently sell in-game items, season passes, or accounts; if that ever changes, the change will be reflected in the relevant game and these terms.

Intellectual property

All games, source code, art, audio, copy, branding, and design on the site are the property of the Pocketey project and its contributors, except where third-party assets are explicitly credited. You may share links to public pages of the site, embed game pages on your own site using the standard URL inside an iframe, take screenshots and video recordings for personal use, reviews, or news coverage, and stream gameplay on platforms such as YouTube and Twitch.

You may not copy or redistribute the game code or assets, repackage them as a separate product, sell access to them, or remove or obscure attribution and ad placements within the games themselves. If you would like to use anything beyond the scope of personal sharing, please use the contact page first.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site in ways that are illegal, that interfere with other users, or that compromise the integrity of the games. That includes attempting to break or bypass anti-cheat measures, scraping the site at a rate that strains the host, attempting to inject code into a game frame, or impersonating other users in any community discussion that may exist around a game. The site is intentionally account-free; please respect that openness.

No warranty

The site and all games are provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranty of any kind. We try hard to keep things working and to test on the major mobile browsers, but we cannot guarantee that every game will run correctly on every device, that the site will be available without interruption, or that high scores stored on your device will survive browser updates or cache clears. Save anything important elsewhere.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pocketey and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or any of the games. Total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed the amount you paid to use it, which for free play is zero.

Third-party services

Some pages display content from third parties such as ad networks, embeds from social platforms, or links to other web sites. Their behavior is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of those services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
