Contact
Pocketey is run by a single developer, so the contact channels are simple. The fastest way to reach a real person is by email. Please give us a few business days to reply, especially during heavy development sprints. We try not to leave anything unanswered, even if a response arrives a little later than you might expect.
For any of the following, email hello@pocketey.com:
- Bug reports — please tell us which game, your device, and what you saw
- Accessibility feedback — color, motion, sound, input
- Press, podcasts, or interviews
- Business partnerships, ad networks, sponsorships
- Localization offers (we welcome volunteers and paid translators)
- General feedback and feature ideas
What helps us reply faster
Including the URL of the page or game you were on, a one-line summary in the subject, and screenshots if relevant. For bugs in a specific game, tell us the operating system and the browser you used. For business inquiries, a short paragraph about what you actually want is more useful than a 30-page deck — we are a tiny operation and prefer to talk in plain language.
Privacy of your message
Messages you send by email are kept only for as long as it takes to handle the request, plus a reasonable backup window. We do not pass them to third parties for advertising or analytics. If you would like a message deleted from our records after we resolve it, mention that in the mail and we will confirm once it is done.
No phone, no office
Pocketey does not maintain a phone line or a physical office for visitors. Everything operational happens online. This keeps the studio cost-light and lets us spend the time on games rather than on logistics.
Response times
During typical weeks we reply within two to three business days. During a launch week, when a new game is being polished off, replies may take up to a week. We will always reply, even if it is just to acknowledge that the queue is long. If you do not hear back within ten days, please send a polite follow-up; messages occasionally get filtered.
Thanks
Thank you for taking the time to write to a small game site. Even short messages — a sentence saying that you enjoyed a game, a screenshot of a high score, a typo on a page — go a long way. They are the entire motivation behind keeping this thing alive.
